Agenda items: June minutes; Lauren Eby requesting approval of a land division on Hamilton Ave; Perry Borntreger requesting Conditional Use Permit for a Feed Store at 5135 Iberia Ave; Jared Rickert requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Concrete and Construction business at WI Hwy 27; review/approve revaluation contract for 2027; discuss possible purchase of an additional town utility truck; change August meeting date to August 4th due to election; Chairman Report: Patrolman Report; Correspondences; letters from Monroe Co Zoning; Financial report and review/approve bills;go into executive session to discuss changes to the personnel policy.
